It has been a privilege to have been a part of so many beautiful weddings and special events. Every inquiry we receive is unique and exciting. Whether our clients have a specific vision or if they need more guidance we are happy to help. We love to hear your story and know what elements of your event are most important to you. Our objective is to learn as much as we can about the details of your event in order to create the perfect design for your flowers. We want your flowers to be meaningful, we want them to have purpose and be impactful.

We enjoy working closely with you and your wedding planner and will review every detail during the design process, including the floor plan to ensure your florals create the right flow and balance in your event space. We also curate a beautiful palette and mood boards that compliment your stationary, charger plates, candle holders, linens and wedding favours.

When selecting your flowers, we consider the season that you’re getting married in, the style of your wedding and how your flowers come together. Our colour blending techniques ensure that each bloom is placed in such a way that allows its distinct shape to have a unique presence while living in harmony with the other flowers in the arrangement. Our approach is holistic - each bloom needs to stand out on its own while complimenting all other florals in the space.

We believe in being sustainable and source seasonal flowers from nearby growers whenever possible. We also have our very own floral garden where we grow some our favourite blooms. For that special touch we often handpick flowers from our garden beds and include them in arrangements.

Our goal is to design breathtakingly beautiful flowers that completely draw you and your guests in.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What kind of deposit do you accept?

    In order to reserve your event date we require a $1500 non refundable retainer as well as a signed contract.

  2. What are your rates? Do you have packages?

    We have a $5000 minimum for floral bookings. Each wedding is completely customized based on style, the arrangements you need, your flower preference and what the season has to offer, therefore we cannot offer package pricing.

  3. Can I request to see a sample of my centrepiece?

    We typically don’t recommend a sample centrepiece as flower availability and quality varies by season making it very difficult to create an exact replica of the arrangements that will be designed for your event. We do however understand that some of our clients are visual which is why we always do our best to bring your florals to life through inspirational imagery and/or drawn sketches.

  4. How much staff do you have assisting you with the flowers?

    This can vary depending on the complexity of your floral arrangements and the scale of your wedding. After we’ve confirmed all the details of your event, we can determine how many members of our experienced and trusted team will be required to seamlessly execute our services.

  5. Where are you located?

    Justyna Floral is based in Maple Ridge, Canada and offers floral services across the Lower Mainland and beyond.

  6. Can you guarantee specific flowers?

    We do our best to work with our suppliers to ensure your preferred flowers are available and incorporated into your floral arrangements. However, due to a number of environmental and supply and demand factors we cannot guarantee they’ll be in stock come the week of your event. We may have to make substitutions if they are unavailable or if their quality does not meet our standards. If this happens, we always select an alternative that is close to the original planned florals.

  7. How many meetings will we have?

    We offer up to two meetings, one during our first consultation and a second closer to your event date. Additional meetings are charged for by the hour at $100/hour. However emails are unlimited.

  8. Can I make changes to my invoice after placing the deposit?

    Yes, you can make changes up to one month prior to your event. We cannot cancel orders within one month prior to your wedding. We can however add flowers to your order within that one month prior to your wedding, matching colour and style as close as possible.

  9. Are you available to design weddings abroad?

    Yes absolutely. Please contact us for rates and availability.

  10. Do you offer rentals?

    We carry rentals that support and compliment our floral designs, such as arches, urns, vases, pillars. Dependant on your vision, we may be able to create custom arches or source vases specifically for your wedding. We are also more than happy to work with rental companies.

  11. Do you offer take down services?

    Yes we do. At the end of the evening your flowers are yours to keep. However if you need assistance we are able to take down your flowers along with any of our rentals. Rather than disposing of your flowers we make efforts to donate them to local retirement homes and/or hospices.
